Starting this April, international students applying for visas can pre-register at institutions of higher education through the Universitaly portal.
The MUR circular outlines the procedures for entry, stay, enrollment of international students and related recognition of degrees, for higher education courses in Italy in the 2025/2026 academic year.

The Uni-Italia Association can support, through its centers abroad, foreign candidates for courses by offering guidance and assistance services also for the procedure to be completed through the Universitaly portal.
