ICGEB offers Short-term fellowships for Postdoctoral studies in ICGEB Trieste Laboratories to fund collaborative research on Bioinoculants for food security in Africa between scientists in eligible African countries and research groups at ICGEB laboratories in Trieste, Italy.
Funding is provided by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation under the Programme “Bioinoculants for Food Security in Africa (B-INOC AFRICA)” and is dedicated to applied science with a proven proof-of-concept and immediate application in the agri-food sector. Proposals must show how the research will benefit food safety/security or the agricultural sector and demonstrate a solid basis of preliminary data.
