Two Italian Chefs, <strong>Alessandro Del Bono<\/strong> and<strong> Andrei Cristea<\/strong>, will come from Sicily specifically to realize these events.<\/p>\n<p>The program includes a training day for Zambian cooks in Lusaka which will culminate with a dinner for the Italian community in residence on 5 November and a Gala Dinner at the Rosso restaurant in Lusaka on 6 November.<\/p>\n<p>The two Italian Chefs will then travel to the city of Livingstone to carry out a training course for Zambian students at the catering school &#8220;Youth Training Community Center&#8221; created on the initiative of the Italian NGO CELIM.<\/p>\n<p>They will also prepare a special dinner at the Olga&#8217;s restaurant on November 8th and one at the Avani restaurant on November 9th.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"In November, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation celebrates Italian cuisine in the world.
