The theme is: &#8220;Taste and Knowledge after 200 years of Pellegrino Artusi&#8217;s birth&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>CONTEXT DINNER AND CHEF TRAINING IN ITALY<\/p>\n<p>A selection of some students from the &#8220;Zambia Institute for Tourism and Hospitality Studies&#8221; in Lusaka will prepare a Context Dinner in a\u00a0renowned restaurant after a short training with Italian chefs, in Lusaka. Subsequently 5 selected deserving students will attend a course for Chef at the\u00a0Italian Institute Alberghiero &#8220;G.
