{"id":567,"date":"2021-04-22T14:00:43","date_gmt":"2021-04-22T12:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amblusaka.esteri.it\/news\/dall_ambasciata\/2021\/04\/innamorati-del-cibo-2\/"},"modified":"2021-04-22T14:00:43","modified_gmt":"2021-04-22T12:00:43","slug":"innamorati-del-cibo-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amblusaka.esteri.it\/en\/news\/dall_ambasciata\/2021\/04\/innamorati-del-cibo-2\/","title":{"rendered":"In Love with Food"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In Love with Food<\/p>\n<p>As part of the integrated promotion initiatives in support of the &#8220;Made in Italy&#8221;, this Embassy concluded the first phase of the project launched at the end of 2020 on the occasion of the fifth Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.<\/p>\n<p>Following the agreement concluded between the\u00a0&#8220;Istituto per l\u2019Enogastronomia e l\u2019Ospitalit\u00e0 Alberghiera di Spoleto&#8221; and the Zambian Institute for Tourism and Hospitality in Lusaka, 5 Zambian students were selected to benefit from a training period of 5 weeks at the Institute\u00a0in Spoleto.<\/p>\n<p>The candidates were presented to the public on the occasion of the Dinner held on 21 April 2021 at Latitude 15 Restaurant in town, The event\u00a0was also attended by the Minister for Tourism and the Arts, Hon.
