These proof-of-life certificates must be received by Citibank by January 18, 2027.<\/p>\n<p>If the proof-of-life certificate is not submitted by January 18, 2027, the February 2027 pension payment will be made, where possible, in cash at Western Union locations in the pensioners\u2019 country of residence.
