THERE ARE NO ON-LINE APPLICATIONS AS SCHENGEN VISAS CANNOT BE PROCESSED ON LINE.
Visa applications for residents in Zambia must be submitted to the Embassy of Italy in Lusaka STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT. To book an appointment please write to lusaka.visa@esteri.it
Starting on Monday 19th June 2023 it will no longer be necessary to request an appointment. Visa applicants will need to come in person, with a valid passport and all the supporting documents on one of the following days Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9:00 and 11:00 and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Malawi residents must apply through the VFS Office of the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Lilongwe (Email: info.norwaymalawi@vfshelpline.com ).
NO visa appointments through telephone calls, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp or any other social media.

The Visa Office CANNOT provide assistance on supporting documents and/or on how to complete application forms.
DO APPLY FOR YOUR SCHENGEN VISA WELL IN ADVANCE, as it is possible to process visa applications up to 90 days before your departure.
