PICCOLO THEATER OF MILAN- THEATER OF EUROPE
The Embassy played an important role in the organization of the EURO-ZAMBIAN ART FESTIVAL held in May 2019. It also participated with a collaborative initiative with PICCOLO THEATER OF MILAN involving a group of Zambian SEMI-ACTORS PROFESSIONALS AND AMATEURS led by actors STEFANO DE LUCA and MARTIN CHISHIMBA. The initiative took place from 11th to 17th May at CIRCUS ZAMBIA with a theatrical training week in particular to blend Italian and Zambian traditions on the theme of masks. The training culminated in the presentation of the final work "TRAVELING MASKS", a show attended by more than 300 people.
