On the occasion of the 5th Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Embassy is proud to present the project: "Italian Cuisine in Zambia". The theme is: "Taste and Knowledge after 200 years of Pellegrino Artusi's birth".
CONTEXT DINNER AND CHEF TRAINING IN ITALY
A selection of some students from the "Zambia Institute for Tourism and Hospitality Studies" in Lusaka will prepare a Context Dinner in a renowned restaurant after a short training with Italian chefs, in Lusaka. Subsequently 5 selected deserving students will attend a course for Chef at the Italian Institute Alberghiero "G. De Carolis" in Spoleto, Italy.
