The Embassy, to support the restart and international relaunch of Italian cultural and creative enterprises after the COVID-19 emergency, proposes projects launched by the Ministry for the Promotion of the Country System aimed at the acquisition and promotion abroad of new artistic productions in the field of live entertainment (theater, dance and contemporary circus) and music (classical and jazz). Expressions of interest must be submitted no later than 6 September 2020:
- Vivere all'italiana on stage aims to acquire expressions of interest for the realization of unpublished and original multidisciplinary artistic productions or in the individual disciplines of contemporary theater, dance and circus. The productions must be presented by 30 November 2020.
- Vivere all'italiana in music aims to acquire ten proposals for unpublished and original musical productions, of which five in the classical / contemporary music sector and five in jazz in the form of a discographic album (in digital format) that includes original compositions and enhancements the Italian musical heritage with a live performance of the album in video footage.
These artistic productions will be presented by the end of 2020 in video form through international digital platforms.
