The three days dedicated to the development of mini-grids based on renewable sources began on Thursday, November 22nd. The event held at the Great East Road Campus of the University of Zambia was promoted by Res4Africa, UNDP and the same university. The seminar will focus in particular on technologies related to mini-grids, on the exchange of experiences in the university, on regulatory and regulatory frameworks, on the financial aspects of the development of renewable solutions. Contributions by professors from the University of Zambia, from Copperbelt University in Kitwe, from Sapienza University of Rome, from the University of Cape Town, from the University of Oxford and Strathmore University of Nairobi will alternate during the event. The event will continue until November 26 and will anticipate the conference of presentation of Res4africa activities in Zambia to be held in the following two days with the title "Enhancing the renewable Energy transition in Zambia" at the Intercontinental Hotel in Lusaka.
